In order to use the NULCA website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

Any details collected from NULCA members is required in order to provide you with a high level of member service.

NULCA Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy


NULCA Aust In reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership of NULCA at any time for any reason.

If NULCA refuses a new or renewing membership, companies will be offered a refund for the remaining portion of their membership at the time of termination.

Membership cancellations received within 30 days of joining may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $25 service fee.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or by direct debit.


NULCA Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy


All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from NULCA require prior authorisation.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable;  returns must be within 30days of the invoice date.   Within 30 days of purchase we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any NULCA product that is deemed defective.
