In April 2004 NULCA held our inaugural meeting to discuss with potential members the benefits of an association to assist everyone with an interest in the locating or associated industries.

Since then we have been doing a lot of behind the scenes activities, meeting with people from all walks of life, parliamentarians, Worksafe, utility, and manufacturing, companies to name a few.

At present we have a steering committee who are extremely committed to this association, who are working hard to ensure that all the legalities etc of an association are dealt with in the correct manner.
