NULCA has found an insurance broker who understands the locating industry, and as such has put forward their letter of proposal to members.  It is up to the member to ensure they read and understand all disclosure clauses. 

 Nulca cannot be held responsible in the event of a member taking out insurance & having a claim to find there were areas not identified.

Nulca strongly recommends that you discuss all areas of the policy with the broker, then have your solicitor policy clauses before signing.
