This survey is designed to help the new committee get a better feel for who you—the NULCA members really—are and what the committee can do to help you more. 

When answering the questions, please DO NOT include any information that might identify you. There are some personal questions in here and we do not want to know who the responses are from, but instead want to get a feel for the membership as a whole. 

NULCA has been around for more than 10 years now. Every week there is something happening behind the scenes within NULCA and the committee are probably busier now than they have ever been. However, everything the committee does is designed to help you, the members, and as such we need to know what you want and, better still, what you need to make your life easier. 

Please take the time to answer the following questions and let us help you in the way you actually want to be helped.

However, as the survey is about the future of NULCA, please feel free to forward this email to others who work within your company that you feel are long-term employees and will be making a contribution to the future of your business—because where and how NULCA goes forward from here will affect them as well.
