From the President: I expect that all locaters would now have received their letter from Telstra advising them of the cancellation of their APL Accreditation and the forms to fill in to be considered for a temporary appointment as an APL until October 2009. From the President: It is with great pleasure I can advise all that we have received our first funding cheque from DBYD Vic/Tas. Yesterday so we can get the ball rolling on accreditation. This funding is to assist with getting the NULCA training course fully accredited within the industry.

Dear Fellow NULCA Members   I have been asked by the committee to set up a working party to examine and recommend changes to our constitution to bring it more into line with our organisation. Allan Hunter and Steve Fraser have also been appointed to the working party to assist me with this task.
