Have added a couple of blank JSA forms, to the "Forms" section,   these are samples only and can be adapted any way you choose to suit your company profile.  if you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks to the members for their input.

Members are reminded that annual fees for 2008-2009 are now due.  Please use the 2007-2008 Application/renewal Form in the "Forms" area.  Members are also reminded that only financial members  are eligible to stand for the committee or vote at the AGM.
