Editor for Newsletter

At the commitee meeting held today, a proposal was put forward to find a memeber, to be editor in chief of putting out newletters 4 times a year to members.  This person would not be required to be part of the commitee, but would be responsible for collating & gathering of president’s report, treasuer’s report and other assoicated news articles.  Most of these would be in electronic copies emailed to members, we only have around 4 members currently who do not have emails.  The person responsible would need to have up to date knowledge of producing newletters, and be computer literate.  This is a voluntary role with all expenses being re-imbursed.
