Dear Members,
Attached is a proposal to amend constitution
As stated in the last few Zoom sessions we have held it has
been noted that we have an issue with the constitution and unless 50% of members attend we do not have a quorum to
hold a meeting and therefore the meeting is dissolved. In short, we can not hold a General Meeting. Meaning we can not hold an AGM and by company law we must hold an AGM annually to maintain ASIC rules.
The Board ask you to read the corespondence attached. If you can attend that would be great. If not or you are unsure if you can attend the meeting, please pass on your vote to agree or a proxy form to the Board.
