Hi All

Please find attached minutes for the General meeting held at CivEnEx in May. Their has been a delay in getting this out to members due to the length of meeting and getting as much information to our members as possible. The minutes have been taken from our taped recording so some areas of the recording are not complete due to noise or several members talking at once.

This is one of Nulca most important meetings and effects all APLs. Please read carefully and if you attened the meeting and have anything to add please contact me so we can add and edit.
