Working Party for changes to the constitution

Dear Fellow NULCA Members

I have been asked by the committee to set up a working party to examine and recommend changes to our constitution to bring it more into line with our organisation.

Allan Hunter and Steve Fraser have also been appointed to the working party to assist me with this task.

I have attached a copy of our constitution, which is also available on our web site. I ask that you all to please take the time to read it. Then send me any comments or recommendations that you have so that we can consider them. I must receive them by the 9th July so that we can collate them ready for the working party meeting on the 23 July in Newcastle. This is the day prior to the next Committee meeting and General meeting in Newcastle. Should anyone wish to attend the working party meeting please contact me.

The recommendations will be presented to the committee at the meeting on the 24th July. The final recommendations will then be circulated in time to be voted on at the AGM in Melbourne in September.

Regards

Steve Wood
